Meet Simone Dancier
First, I would like to welcome people looking for therapy either for the very first time or as they continue on their mental health journey. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience working with clients across diverse life stages and backgrounds, including individuals with varying abilities, socioeconomic, racial, gender, sexual, religious, and political identities.
I am educated and experienced in advanced adult clinical interventions, evidence-based interventions, transdiagnostic psychotherapy approaches, and holistic approaches, including trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, Narrative, dialectical, Forensic Social Work, Substance Use, and nature-informed. Additionally, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing Complex PTSD, PTSD, dual diagnoses, stage of life transitions, executive functioning deficits, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Considering the uniqueness of each individual I treat in therapy, and the systems within which they live, I strive to create sessions that are collaborative, safe, supportive, informative, and evidence-based.
I am committed to inclusivity, and I welcome all people from all places, spaces, ideologies, sexualities, preferences, and perspectives looking to heal and grow.
I hold a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Anchorage Pacific University and a Master of Social Work from Salem State University. In my personal time, I love gardening, growing lavender and marigolds, reading fantasy fiction, and world-building. It is my pleasure to invite individuals seeking a compassionate, inclusive, and goal-oriented approach to mental health and well-being to please contact me.
Let’s begin.
Meet Machel Piper
I would like to personally give you a warm welcome to your mental health healing journey, and I am so happy you landed here!
Currently, I serve as the COO of Dancing Piper Therapeutic Services where I oversee the day to day administrative tasks and all things marketing! I have a 30-year history of working as an educator and non-profit professional across the country.
I am in the business of helping others to heal and grow. I have a bachelor’s in education from St. Norbert's College and have worked towards my master’s in education at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In my spare time, I love to create fiber arts, jewelry, paintings, and just about any medium to get my creative juices flowing. Feeding the birds, being in nature, and getting my hands dirty with gardening are the things I do for my mental health every day.
Come join us on your mental health AND healing journey today!
